Amazing staff. i treated my boyfriend to a couples massage for valentines day. Irina was very friendly. There had been an issue with the building heating on the friday and Irina was quick to reach me asap and get the appointment i originally booked rescheduled for the same day just a later time.i am very pleased and will certainly return. right as we walked in we were greeted the front desk lady was so kind and assisting on us on what to do! we got a couples massage and a facial package and it was amazing it was our first time and we really enjoyed it, didn’t get the names of our massage therapist but they were also very kind and they are good at what they do! will be back in the future for sure ♥️

Needed deep relaxation so had the sauna, massage, scrub and wrap combo. A very beautiful and relaxing spa room with nature video, soothing music, soothing scents, like having a vacation.Thank you, Stacey for the wonderful treatment.Definitely pleased with the welcoming atmosphere, professionalism, cleanliness and care received here!Irina was able to book me a lovely facial with Ana. The products were chosen carefully for my sensitive skin and I was super comfortable the whole time.I feel totally pampered and de-stressed and will be back.

Today I had the 5-th laser hair removal procedure with Irina.I’ve been working with Irina for many years. She is a very caring and attentive to your needs. Irina is a great professional who always follows all new trends in cosmetology.I’m very satisfied and happy with the results. Almost no hair!!!!The professional cosmetologist and hight quality service make the procedure being enjoyable and pleasant.I also did facial treatment with cosmetologist Anna. She is a very experienced cosmetologist who gives you lots of advises how to keep your skin young. Facial message was great!!! I feel 15 years younger now😀Relaxing music, positive environment in this salon and nice workers is a big bonus to all your spa procedures!I highly recommend this salon!!

Had an amazing experience visiting Q Medi Spa recently! My friend and I spent 2 hours in Finnish sauna (in & out), had coffee scrub with massage done by Irina and Taisiya, followed by a moisturizing full body wrap and shower. We felt so much taken care of with all services, served tea, candies, soft music, etc. I simply can't name it all! We will definitely be back for a facial and a couple's massage. Also, towels and bathrobes are of great quality and smell nice.

Got a huge back pain from overstretching at a job site. Irina was the 1 to do my Massage, she did her best and next couple of days it disappeared. Ive had those before and then can last for weeks. Highly appreciate the fix and recommend her servi e to everyone I know!Thanks once again

My mother and I came here for the Swedish couples massage with facials. From the moment we stepped into the spa, we were greeted by the kind staff and offered the highest quality of service. The woman at the front desk was sure to explain how our appointment would be structured and they were very accommodating to our comfort levels. We both upgraded for a deep tissue massage which I highly recommend. Our massage therapists made sure to check in with us a couple times during the massage which I really appreciated. We both left feeling sooo relaxed & rejuvenated. I would definitely come back here and recommend this place to family/friends!!
